Questions
How do credits work?
Each effect has a credit price per quality level, shown next to the generate button. When you generate a video, that many credits come out of your balance. Credits can't be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
Do one-time credits expire?
No. Credits from one-time packs never expire. When you generate, we use credits that expire soonest first, so pack credits are used last.
When do subscription credits expire?
Monthly plans: credits are valid until the end of the billing period and don't roll over. Yearly plans: credits are granted every month, roll over within the subscription year, and reset at the end of it. If you cancel, you keep using the credits of the period you paid for.
What if a video fails?
If a video fails to generate, times out, or is blocked by a safety filter, the credits go back to your account automatically.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of it, once per account. Duplicate charges are refunded in full, and other requests are reviewed one by one. Read the refund policy
